It’s a new school year. I’m super excited that you’re in my class! Our
learning voyage will be challenging and exciting this year. You will be faced with obstacles that will bring the critical thinker in you to life. My expectations for you are always high. I expect you to honor yourself, respect your parents & classmates, and always walk in integrity & respect with me. Here’s to the beginning of you transitioning to high school as an academic scholar.
All students are expected to complete all assignments.
1. All students are expected to bring all materials to class daily (including pencils, books, notebook with
paper etc.)
2. All students are expected to follow the rules as outlined in the classroom policies and procedure
document and the student handbook.
3. Academic Honesty:
a. Cheating is not acceptable.
b. Infractions will require a conference with parent/guardian, student and team teachers.
5. Make-up Work for excused absences:
a. It is the responsibility of the student.
b. All make-up work should be completed within 24 hours after an excused absence.
